A senior couple wanted to age in place while enjoying stunning views of the Boulder Flatirons and the Rocky Mountains from their porch. The primary suite is on the second floor while a guest bedroom and an office are on the main floor. An oversized hallway off the garage offered an opportunity. We created a main-floor laundry and full bathroom to support comfortable single-floor living. This thoughtful update provides peace of mind to help them stay in their beautiful home for years to come! Replacing a large hallway with two functional spaces was a wise investment considering the cost of elder care facilities.
